Wild tea leaves from nature, 100%
SIMA TEA also known as ‘Asam tea’ in the local language, is called ‘Bai Krataa Gluea’ or ‘Wild tea’. It is favored by villagers throughout the community. The tender young leaves are often dipped in chili sauce and consumed as food, aiding in detoxifying the body. We process it into green tea by cleaning fresh leaves and processing them without fermentation to preserve their natural caffeine content.
Utilizing a process to preserve the freshness of tea by maintaining the freshness of green tea properties, it is reinforced by sealing the tea in packets. The tea is sealed and packaged to ensure maximum freshness, with the process completed within 2 seconds. As a result, Sima tea stands out with better health benefits, surpassing the properties of regular teas.

3 key antioxidants found in SIMA TEA.
Polyphenol + Epigallocatechin Gallate + Catechin
Epigallocatechin gallate, an antioxidant sourced from natural origins, surpasses the antioxidant capabilities of Vitamin C and E by 25-100 times. This attribute enables it to effectively mitigate chronic inflammation and inhibit cell apoptosis, thus impeding cancer progression.
Polyphenols, inherent molecules in nature, contribute to the reduction of blood glucose levels and mitigate the risk of cardiovascular ailments. Moreover, they regulate gastrointestinal function, bolster cognitive abilities, and act as a barrier against carcinogenesis.
Catechins, derived from plants and renowned for their health-promoting properties, exhibit notable efficacy in combating cancer.
In these three components, general teas may have some, but not necessarily all three components. This is due to the unique geographical features and the fact that it’s an old seabed, resulting in a rich accumulation of minerals that are unique. Because the densely packed minerals in the soil make it ideal for growing and nurturing tea naturally, the grass is cut and left to decompose into excellent fertilizer. This gives the distinct aroma and taste of Asam tea here, unique and unlike any other, as it inherits the natural cultivation process, nurtured perfectly, ensuring confidence in the exceptional quality of Asam tea here. Drinking it brings a refreshing and relaxing feeling, with a unique, distinct aroma.

Knowledge Nugget: Oolong tea, a type of Chinese tea with a history of over 1,000 years, dating back to the time of the Han Dynasty. Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) tea, favored by Chinese emperors, played a significant role in the economic development of Fujian Province. Da Hong Pao tea leaves are considered a major agricultural product of Fujian Province, contributing significantly to its economy. Da Hong Pao tea falls under the category of Oolong tea, with Fujian Province being renowned as the birthplace of Oolong tea. SIMA TEA shares similar properties to Da Hong Pao tea.
How to drink it? One Sima tea paper sachet makes half a liter of tea. Use pure drinking water, boil it, and pour over the tea, letting it steep for about 5-10 minutes, or until the color turns yellow like vegetable oil. You can keep adding boiling water until it tastes like plain water, then discard the tea. If you have a heat-retaining teapot, there’s no need to remove the tea; you can leave it in. It is not recommended to consume it with other herbs or supplements.
